Geoff Davison MSc (dist.) - Senior Consultant
Geoff has over 22 years experience in consulting on and managing IT projects, especially those involving databases, systems integration, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and web-services. The most recent 15 of those years he has been heavily involved in Housing Asset Management Systems and related areas working with LAs, housing associations, chartered surveyors and energy assessors.
He is a member of the Housing Studies Association and has a very detailed and current knowledge of many housing related issues including SHQS, decent homes, housing health and safety, sustainability and energy assessment.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Computing Technology for which he was awarded a distinction. He is an expert in database technology and web-services software architecture with particular reference to performance, dependability and security. He has had a number of papers published internationally on this subject including one awarded best in the computer techniques section at the 12th International Conference on Information System Analysis and Synthesis, World Multi Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics (WMCSCI 2006) in Orlando, Florida July 2006.
Terry Dawson – Sales & Marketing
Terry has worked with Concept Informatics for 7 years managing the sales and marketing of our products and services but has worked with our people for many years before that. Terry has a long history of working at a very high level in the international marketing and sales of complex engineering and software products. He has an enviable ability to explain difficult concepts in an easily understood way and we consider ourselves very fortunate to be the beneficiaries of those skills.
He is often the first point of contact for enquiries and new clients where his excellent people skills and broad product knowledge are a real asset, his maturity and easy confidence instantly putting the client at ease.
